My son and I are having a ridiculously good time with these! The mystery and anticipation is so chilling. We have only done about 4 but they’ve all been a hit with my son who hasn’t seen most of these and I love revisiting movies I haven’t watched in years.
I had to contact the company with a question on my order and the response was fast, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend the scratch cards and the company.
Got as a gift for my teenage daughter who recently took an interest in watching horror movies with me over the summer. Now we do weekly movie nights and watch whatever card she draws
Divertido y entretenido una forma diferente de mantener a la familia unido en actividades que pueden ser complicadas como “¿cuál película ver? Esta es una buena solución
Product quality: Shipped in excellent condition, product is in excellent condition and quality is fantastic, I can’t wait to finish watching all the movies listed from beginning to end and revealing all of the illustrations.
The game it self is simple and surprising so many horror movie we didn't even know about . We even made it funnier who ever picks a card after paper , rock , scissors and wins they have to find out movie facts about what we are watching and as we watch shots them out to us randomly.
The package was delivered as sheduled tho it was delivered to the wrong address, that was my biggest disappointment i had to go look for it in the neighbors house. Other than that its a cute small box with the cards ready to be scratched off, excited to start the fun in watching these top 50 horror movies as i am a fan of horror. Let the shows begin :)
My husband and I are avid horror movie fans and, of the 50 cards, there were only three films we hadn't seen. That said, the cards themselves are fun just to have (like trading cards, kinda!), and we think that this would be a fun idea for couples who are juuuuuuuust discovering the horror genre and want a fun way to explore that mutual interest.Overall, I think these are fun! We both liked a lot of the photos/artwork they chose to represent each movie. That said, there are definitely some "cons" to these (which I'm knocking them down a star for):1. They STINK when they first arrive. To the point we both felt woozy when we unwrapped them. They smell a bit like spray paint. You're going to want to put them outside, if at all possible, for several days and THEN use them. Their smell is OVERPOWERING right out of the box.2. Some of the cards' scratching areas were damaged because they weren't quite dry/set when they were packed and they stuck to another card. (This issue is likely at the root of the smell, as well - I hope for future batches Palettes and Prints will take their time and let their cards have a day to dry before shipping them).3. Many of the subgenres listed for the horror movies are reaching (Candyman as a Romance) or downright wrong (The Shining as Gore).4. These are VERY messy. Make sure you're prepared for that! (Paper plates work well for containing the shavings, and you can use a slightly damp paper towel to wash off the cards afterwards for storage/display).Other than that, they're great fun and would be a nice date idea for couples new to the genre!
I absolutely love my Football Stadiums Scratch Off Poster! It's the perfect way to track my football journey and reminisce about all the amazing stadiums I've visited. The quality of the poster is top-notch, with vibrant colors and clear markings. It's not just a decoration piece; it's a conversation starter and a source of pride for any football fan. Plus, it makes an excellent gift for fellow football enthusiasts or dads who are passionate about the game. I highly recommend this poster to anyone looking to add a touch of excitement to their space while celebrating their love for football!
My husband and I are often in the mood for a movie but can't always settle on what to watch. There are too many choices when you start browsing through the streaming services. These beautifully designed cards make the decision for you.I like how each card gives you a year, length and genre, so that if you have some kind of parameters for what you want to watch, you'll be able to get what you want. I also like that the span of decades and genres is large. These cards are sized larger than playing cards and the gold scratch off area is large.Very nice to get for one own's use or for a present for someone else.

The poster itself is a great idea. List 100 horror movies, check em' off as you have seen them, and hopefully discover some classics you may have missed. It's got the scratch off style design of a lotto ticket and the poster itself is made of a ultra durable material. So no fear of scratching through the paper. Also, the shipping canister has a very cool design to it as well. Worth keeping just to store other posters in.
Now movie wise, a list of 100 is always going to be different in the eye of every creator. This one here is overall decent. Does have a lot of solid classics on the list. Hits up a bunch of newer movies too. So, that definitely tells me it's more for the modern audience. But that doesn't mean that there are not still a bunch of older classics. Like some Universal Monster Movies, 70s Grindhouse, and early 80s slashers. But it's odd that the list is missing some real big heavy hitters. Like no Friday the 13th or Nightmare on Elm Street. Then also, hardcore horror gems like Sleepaway Camp, Pieces, and Maximum Overdrive are non existent. Another odd choice too, is that if there's generally a remake of a movie, that newer version seems to take the place of the old one. Like Dawn of the Dead, Suspiria, and The Lost Boys. Though some movies still keep their original versions.
Overall, it's still an enjoyable list to look over with a few surprising gems on there to boot. Perfect gift for a movie friend. Even if it sparks more debates of why this movie isn't on here but this on is. Plus, there will still always be something new with a list this size.
I bought one of these scratch off posters last year for our son for Christmas. It was “100 Greatest Movies of All Times” and it was a huge hit! Our family loved it! It was so much fun! So I was so excited to see this one for Top 100 Horror Movies! We love Horror movies in our family! It’s a nice quality poster. The two reasons I’m not giving it a 5 star is the poster I bought last year came with wood magnetic slots for the top and bottom of the poster with an attached string to hold the poster open and hang on the wall. It was perfect! We didn’t have use any tacks or tape. This one comes with just the poster. Nothing else to hold it open or hang it. And the second reason and probably the biggest reason for me is the reason we loved the poster we bought last year was because everything was covered, you had to scratch it off to find out which movie it was you’d be watching. So It was a surprise. It was so much fun on our family movie nights not knowing what we were gonna be watching till we scratched it off. This one shows the names of the moves printed below the scratch off sections. So you know what it is before you scratch it. It was more fun to be surprised. But overall these scratch off posters are a family fun activity to do together.
My partner and I really like doing this and spend WAY too much time making predictions BUT... the curated list is insane and the sub-genres are often wildly misleading. Dawn of the Dead is "mystery" but not "zombie." Also, there are odd choices of original foreign versions of movies vs their American remakes, and not always for the better.
Overall, it's fun. And while the license-free art is printed VERY dark, we still enjoy it. Would purchase a Part II if they made one.
My family loves Horror movies, so bought my adult kids the horror movie boxes for their advent Calendars I got them..Too big to fit in the dated box so I wrapped them and they couldn’t open til they reached that date (Dec. 24th) on the calendar. They love them! We get together at each others houses for popcorn and a horror movie. These are awesome in using to decide which movie to watch. We can’t wait to try them. Thank you!
The product looks amazing however I was sent the wrong one in the bundle. I emailed showing pictures asking to resent the correct one and have not had any response.
Bought all 3 packs. I like being able to pick a card at random and being "forced" to watch it. Its nice to see something i havent seen before, or even something i had, that would save me from scrolling through endless menus trying to search for something to watch.
I got this as a gift for my husband and we’ve both been enjoying it a lot!! I recieved it in the mail when I was in surgery recovery and it was perfect for us to spend time while I was stuck on the couch. We have really enjoyed the process of picking a card and trying to guess what it is before scratching it off. We haven’t made it all the way through the deck yet, but my one peice of criticism is some of the choices of movies. Most have been excellent, but a few were not the best. For example, we pulled Goodnight Mother but it was the remake, not the original (we decided to watch the original instead). The Fog was also a miss for us, we were surprised that was a top 50 movie. As big horror fans, there have been a lot of movies we’ve seen already in here as well. I would love a sequel to this deck that had more obscure movies that horror fans are not as likely to have seen already. Overall though we’ve really enjoyed this, and I would recomend it as a gift for any horror fan!
